Why do strategy sessions?
After years of experience, I realized that there is a particular type of group interventions that work very well during any transformation – I call them strategy sessions.

Depending on at what level of the organizational hierarchy and at what stage of the project the sessions are organized, they can serve several very important purposes:

Depending on at what level of the organizational hierarchy and at what stage of the project the sessions are organized, they can serve several very important purposes:
- to help jointly define/understand what is the reason and ultimate purpose of change; and/or
- to define the steps forward or adjust them;
- to keep a sufficient level of communication and involvement;
- to give a sense of ownership for the project and its outcomes.
